I've been playing Spyro for a long time but only really rediscovered it with the Legend of Spyro trilogy. I figured with my luck, they'd stop making them now. Glad to know that isn't the case.

One thing is certain, with the flying ability out, Gattaga inspired levels will be more commonplace. Unfortunately it will greatly restrict the level design. Thats why they never gave Spyro free-form flying in the 1st place.

I'd prefer to walk around the beautiful scenery that the series is famous for, over flying around pseudo-underground levels riddled with invisible walls any-day.

I can't see anywere in that section saying that they are continuing after DOTD.... I can't believe I'm saying this.... I hope they continue TLOS because there are so many things in DOTD that I just don't get... I would like one more game that will tell me alot more.

That's when your wrong, Spyro2008, they already confirmed that they'll be continuing the Spyro franchise after DotD in the LoS universe, it'll probably be the same or different combat system. So sorry, Spyro is still going to live on.

People, Sierra isn't all that horrible of a company; they made the quest games, which were really good (despite everything trying to kill you in those games), plus, they have good music composers there.

Seriously, the days of wacked out 3D adventuring are over; too many people have gone to more mature and darker games these days and probably will never go back.

LoS was CONCLUDED.
It's easy it's either going back to the old series or a new series besides LoS.
