The "Lightning Chainsaw Combos" path wins by a considerable margin for Chain Reaction.

Another returning villain next, this time the Air Swashbuckler Bad Juju, do you prefer to upgrade her whirling blade attack or Juju Junior?

Improve your Whirling Blade attacks.
Static Shock	A Storm of Blades	A Cut-ter Cut-tastrophe

When Whirling Blades hits, another nearby enemy will get shocked with static electricity.	Whirling Blades and Tornado Slash attacks do more damage.	After a Storm of Blades, send out flying blades in all directions.
Improve your Juju Junior attacks.
Child Protection	Voodoo Curse	The Main Attraction

When Juju Junior is called back, Bad Juju becomes temporarily invulnerable.	Enemies hit by Juju Junior become cursed. If Bad Juju damages on cursed enemy, they all take damage.	When sent out, Juju Junior pulls enemies towards him before doing more damage.
