well i because evry one hates arguing on there topic or spamers what about the owner of the topic has the power to block and unblockusers wich may be arguing anoying or spamming.

hhhmm good point people could take it too far but still the report thing dosent work to well and such a thing would stop arguing and spammers and ONLY the maker of the topic could use it

yer but with this you could prevent that from evan happaning you know like arguments get worse and worse soo with this you could just stop them arguing on your topic if they start

On a few sites that I know of, when someone is blocked, a message replaces the block'd user's post with something that says "You have blocked this user. Click here (should be a URL) to view the message."

I'd like that.
