I use either MovieMaker or Premiere Pro, depending on the length, then post them to my anonymous youtube channel. It's anonymous because if anyone I know IRL found it, they wouldn't want to believe it's actually mine with all the weird crap I dump there.

picsart or photoshop.

more recently imageflip bc it's a browser page that works on desktop and mobile (at least for me). it's much more convenient than the other two i mentioned.

i mostly use imgflip too, since i mostly just use templates. i actually very rarely meme outside of my topic here on ds, though.
