Quite close but Megastart Me Up seems to have taken it for Starcast.

Now for the Life Ninja Sensei Master Boom Bloom, she was found in the Enchanted Elven Forest Adventure Pack and is unique for having the wrong symbol type on her base. Do you prefer to upgrade her Spore Seeds or her Vine Entwine?

When hit, Spore Seeds cover a larger area and do more damage. Whip Whap does more damage and Spore Seeds shoot seeking spikes when hit. Spore Seeds can cause an explosion when they are hit enough times.

Vine Entwine's pull reaches farther and does more damage. Vine Entwine's burrowing spikes hit wider and do more damage. Vine Entwine now grows a plant that explodes for each pulled Spore Seed.

Definitely Spore Seed Specialist. Boom Bloom's damage output on this path is incredible! The flowers and Boom Bloom's whip combine together beautifully and can bring down enemies quickly even on higher difficulty settings.

Grow Green! can work from further away, but is slower (since Boom Bloom has to make her whip burrow all the way up to where the flowers are, and if you're trying to use this from a range, they're usually far away, plus Boom Bloom can't move while she's making her whip burrow) and one drawback that is very worth mentioning is whenever Boom Bloom's whip "pulls" a flower, it is destroyed. This means that the Grow Green! path is focused on destroying perfectly good resources for dealing reoccurring damage in order to attack, while Spore Seed Specialist does the opposite and capitalizes on the flowers being there, using them to not only increase damage over time, but also rapidly when Boom Bloom whips them.
