Best album this year imo was Sandcastle Kingdoms by NateWantsToBattle. Definitely the peak of his career so far. Some runner-ups are Rainbow by Kesha, Melodrama by Lorde, DAMN. by Kendrick Lamar, and After Laughter by Paramore.
As for worst album, probably One More Light by Linkin Park, by process of elimination. The album has grown on me tremendously since Chester's death, but I'd still say it's their weakest album compared to their other work. The only other albums that came out that I wasn't completely thrilled with were Evolve by Imagine Dragons and All We Know Of Heaven, All We Need Of Hell by PVRIS but I didn't necessarily think either of them were bad.
As for songs, the only song I can remember really hating this year was It's Everyday Bro by Jake Paul(God it even hurts just to type his name).
