I've got my Jolly Bumble Blast ready. But what level in Swap Force, Trap Team, Supercharchers, or Imaginators should I take him through? Which one bests fits the Christmas spirit?

Isn't there one level (in Swap Force I think) that's literally Christmas-themed? Definitely some ice-themed ones, IIRC like 1/4 of Swap Force was like that. Try those.

Yeah, that yeti place where they give you hot chocolate.

There's also in the original the level that came in a package with Slam Bam. It gives you a Santa hat, if you haven't already collected it.

The hot chocolate one sounds pretty good. Can't do any in the first two games since Jolly Bumble Blast doesn't work with them, and that just wouldn't feel christmasy enough.

Just grow a beard, find some glasses, wear a Santa hat whilst shouting "ho ho ho!", and play Skylanders like that, with Christmas music (NOT Fairytale of New York unless you ****ing hate Christmas) in the background and tinsel surrounding your TV. Suddenly everything will become 67% more Christmas-y, although your tendency to shout loudly may piss off the neighbours. Not my fault if you decide to follow my crap advice.
