What songs make you feel motivated, inspired, or just generally happy?

I've got a really long list somewhere, my "short list" is:

Timeless Miracle - Gates of Hell
Lost Horizon - Sworn in the Metal Wind
Dragonforce - Fields of Despair
Nostradameus - One for All, All for One
Power Quest - Coming Home (Sacred Land II)
Sonata Arctica - Flag in the Ground
Freedom Call - Valley of Kingdom
Myrath - Believer
Sabaton - Metal Machine
Lost Horizon - Highlander (The One)
Stratovarius - Hunting High and Low
Bloodbound - Dragons Are Forever
Sabaton - Metal Crue

Lost Horizon - Highlander is probably my absolute happiest song, but the others on this list are good contenders too.

And yes, Gates of Hell and Fields of Despair are much happier than their titles may imply.

As far as pop songs go, The Script - Superheroes is the only one I'd say is on par with my PM happy list. I've also heard a few songs by Avicii and Example, but none of theirs has stuck out to me so much yet.

I think pretty much every song I've heard that mentions "Heroes" is by-default happy. I've yet to hear any songs that aren't. So far, most notable examples include:

Masterplan - Heroes
Gloryhammer - Heroes (of Dundee)
Majesty - Heroes
Dragonforce - Heroes of Our Time
The Script - Superheroes
Sabaton - Heroes (an entire album this time, Inmate 4859 and possibly Night Witches are the only songs I wouldn't consider happy)

I think there are one or two other songs that mention heroes that I've forgotton. Basically, pretty much every song that mentions heroes has been happy so far.

Mr. Blue Sky, by ELO, makes me smile no matter what mood I'm in.

I'm Dancing in the Show Tonight by Ween also makes me smile because it's so peculiar yet catchy.
