I want to build a tank with Yukari Akiyama.
I will build it out of nothing but the strongest steel I can find.
It will be the greatest tank ever created. Kawaii desu and also acerbus et ingens. Stronger and faster than the entire 7th Panzer Division combined.
It will be indestructible. No gun or cannon shall be able to pierce its mighty armor. No bomb shall make even a dent upon it.
Its cannon shall be capable of wiping entire continents of the face of the very Earth, more effective than any kind of nuclear bomb.
Yukari shall gaze in awe at its ninety tonnes of pure steel. She will be unable to comprehend the metal goliath in front of her very eyes.
I shall name it the Dandelion, after her favourite flower. It shall be feared by friend and foe alike. No tank will compare with the Dandelion.
Her Panzer IV will look like a mere toy in comparison. She shall reject the foolish idea that 7TPdw was the best tank ever created.
She will look towards me. In her beautiful voice, she shall tell me what I know is true. "Life is Panzer, Panzer is life."
We shall have many children. We shall teach them the superior art of Sensha-do.

UPDATE: Had problem making tank.
Am building tank with superior waifu Yukari Akiyama and commander Mako Reizei giving help. But then, Megurine Luka come. She destroy tank.
She says I am filthy swine. Make love, not war, she say. Tank is bad, she say.

But then she say that she is my love. That I love her and she love me.
This is nonsense. I love Yukari now. I tell Luka this.
