After the events of Skylanders: Imaginators; a new discovery ended up being unearthed. Special elemental Relics from the past that harness new power customization for those who know it's worth (and are of the same element). Unfortunately, they are also sought after by a certain little bald-headed villain......'s mother. Kaossandra has made an updated Doom Raiders; made up of the remaining members who didn't become Senseis, plus a few other faces,. Together, they plan on using all the Relics to take over Skylands under her reign (and to show Kaos who it is REALLY done). To stop the crisis, Eon summoned 40 Relic Guardians; those who understand the power of these artifacts, to save Skylands from Kaossandra and her cronies.
