Kimitha (232HP, 12ATK, 76MAT, 17DEF, 43WIS) is weilding a Blaze Ring, which allows her to heal adjacent allies by 75HP[+45%MAT] if they attack with fire, but only if she does not act that turn. This could be useful in preventing major setback from the Reaper Scythe, but she also has powerful offensive options (she has 63TP):

Drowse Powder (7TP): Medium chance (57+[32% MAT]) to inflict sleep (cannot act for rest of turn) on all enemies. Uses arms.
Burning Bolt (12TP): Performs either a fire of volt attack (53% chance of fire, 47% chance of volt) on one enemies. Uses head.
Final Demise (27TP): High chance (73+[12% MAT]) to perform instant death on one enemy. Uses head.

Her base weapon (Bladestaff) attacks with cut twice, with the first attack being imbued with ice and the second has a chance to paralyze (23+[57% user's MAT]% chance to not act for three turns).
