Save file corrupted [CLOSED]

This seems to be commonplace, I've read some people on here got their save file corrupted and no longer loads.
My friend's save file is corrupted too. Why does this happen, does anyone know? Is there something that triggers it?
If my file got corrupted I'd go ape****.

yeah happens all the time with me..............it just keeps happening it is annoying also after you have 100% of the game complete

Does it mean you cant load your game again and you have to start over from the beginning?
