I think the game glitched and is showing Light and Fire at the same time. I've never seen that happen before.

I played the level a another time and it always happened at the same time.
I managed to get a splash of water as the background with the same icon.
Maybe they were developing the egg and chicken elements but scrapped it midway and forgot to take out the icon.
(I might try it again with a non-instant vehicle)
