Wasn't someone, like, really pissed off about there being "homo" in the human scientific name? Serious question, I remember some internet-famous person complaining about it and saying it was part of the "gay agenda" or something.

Just walked through the park and these like 10/11 year old kids threw homophobic slurs at me
when I said "Really, homophobic slurs? One gay people are cool, no need to spread hate. Two can't you come up with anything else?"
One of them (they were pretty much all black, and note I am very very white): "You're a *censored racial slur towards black people* "

My brain: (facepalm are they blind? Or do they seriously not know what their saying?)

We all have skeletons inside us. We are born and we will die. Why does it matter if someone likes something with the same gender? As long as it's consensual, it's normal.

Despite what I will be saying, people have their beliefs.

I was born into a family (aside from father) that is very open-minded, so I don't really judge people. I don't see why people judge gays/lesbiands/homosexual people either. Love is love no matter what gender/sexuality. People are people no matter what race.

It hurts whenever I hear "gay" being used as an insult, or if people make fun of someone for liking two men/women being together. People should just be accepting of everything.

Idk if this makes sense, sometimes I'm smert when I am sick, other times I am as dumb as a rock. :I
