Your hand/fingers would probably just roll off the way as the mass of nucleons fell towards the floor, if you were standing. If you held your hand on a surface palm up then it would get crushed, but not completely.

You'd probably get the same amount of pain by having someone hit your hand with a narrow-headed hammer really hard.
