I would be one suave mofo. like i would be a super hot 6 foot tall blonde man with eyes as blue as the pacific ocean. my villain would wear a full white suit complete with a fancy plague mask. my villain would be a gigantic perfectionist so he tries to kill others in the quickest way possible using his own blood as bullets shooting from his finger tips or transforming it into a tiny blade. i can also just create sharp objects inside people. weaknesses are the fact that using blood related weapons come from my own blood source and controlling other peoples' blood will consume the same amount blood in my body.

Her fearsome powers can cause any hero to believe that they have finally pinned her down, only to wake up and realize it was a dream. Her nightmares are so powerful they can even kill, when a person who she has charmed believes they have died and their body shuts down.

I wouldn't be an in your face, take over the world villain. I'd be a not just subtle but nearly undetectable take over the world villain. I'd rig lotteries to make myself rich, rig elections to put myself in power, alter the minds and realities of those working against me so they'd never find me or at least never win. I might even frame them for a crime if they got too close then manipulate the investigation so that all the pieces fell in place for them to be mistakenly convicted for life. I doubt I'd need it though, I wasn't kidding when I said I'd be undetectable. Rather than ruling directly I'd have a puppet take my place. No one would even know I exist.
