You could probably make that that after a few short lessons with some small pieces of yellow and white felt and a bit of stuffing.

i have a giant spyro plushie, but he is green and he has the word 'krakow' on it
but i dont feel too bad that hes green, besides, insomniac originally was going to make spyro green :D
