Hello everyone !
DotD is over and we're getting closer to April ! Do you know why April ? Because last year in April was told to us new things about DotD ! And what about if this April will tell us something about the movie AND MAYBE about the new Spyro game ?

How do we even know there will be a new game this/next year?

yes i hope they announce it but we have to wait longer than half a year

I think there will be a game as well as the movie. After all the game is being dealt with by a different company than the game.

If the last game had Activision and that al firms as DotD I think the games will be perfect (graphicaly and story and all) but I'm afraid the movie will replace the game

Hey guys, I would rather have more boxyness than detail, due to all those bugs. I would rather have much more action than last time. and I would like this game to be different, but still be a part of TLOS series.

*Cracks his neck and pops his fingers* I'll see if I can't dig up anything about the new Spyro Game or Movie. If there is any information about either of them, I'll post it! I have some BUDDIES that owe me a few favors, I'll see if they can't give me any solid evidents as well. Give me a little time.

I doubt they'll be a new game this year. The Spyro makers have been working their behinds off to make the trilogy, a game a year, and are probably busy with the movie at the second, anyways.

If Sierra were smart, they wouldn't release a Spyro game this year. They should take as long as they want to make the next Spyro game, instead of trying to take only a year and have it turn out terribly! e_e

Who says it wont turn out well? There have been plenty of Spyro games made in a year that were great. The original Spyro series. For instance, Spyro 2 and 3 ruled!

I'd like new Spyro game as the Spyro with the new design and the mix of the great story as in trilogy and some actions like (colecting something) like in the older games....Shortly = THE MIX OF THE TWO .

Dark52 may want to know about this new information though. And let's consider, Dark52 the admin, has control over all of this site, so it's not like something terrible will happen. Unless the new information spoils the whole entire story.

Chris Wilson and Mike Graham, creators of the LoS trilogy, said that the Legend arc was over with DotD and that they were tossing around ideas for the next game but had nothing solid in mind yet. The last thing we've heard officially is that the movie is being worked on. That's it. When there is real news, guys, believe me, you'll know. *re-lurks*

Hey don't feel too scared, dark52 is now seeing if there is evidence of a new Spyro game coming out.

But those can only be a rumours.

Okay, Back in 2/12/08, dark52 has shown us a new Spyro game that was planned to be released. Everyone was amazed of this info, it showed us things that none of the other Spyro game did. ( e.g flight, two characters, ) Yet some people thought that this was a rumor, but now the game is out. Known as The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. this made me sure that there was a possibility of a new game that was going to be described for what it was going to be like. now I'm sure that there will be Info of a new Spyro game.

Yeah, but this hole TLOS series meaning was make new bottom of Spyro games. I have voice that knacking in my head something like this. "They make more, they make more.......".
I was sure when last spyro games arrived that spyro sunk in the mud, but then they release "new beginning" my hope returns.
I am sure that we see Spyro and Cynder again

Just think, We don't even know what the next Spyro game is going to be like.

I hope Cynder stay, i like her more than spyro. She was cut TEN and i like her irony on DotD.

What kind spyro game you want it to be?

How about a spyro game that is more dark than the other three LoS series. and I would want more intense action, like an enemy's head being slammed through a solid wall. and I also want it to be a LoS hybrid, and have brand new characters all together. But to have some original characters like Bianca and the fawn.

You mean like God of war? Thats could be cool but what about younger players?

What about Spyro the dragon for 7-year-old's going to legend of Spyro for 11-year-old's. Besides, I think that they can push a teen rating, and get away with another style switch. Don't you?

Or maybe 2 games. Original version and "BLOOD" version for us

That's why I look up info and pass it through a friend I have on the inside. We're like spies dude! I've done this before and we haven't been wrond yet. If there's any info out there I can find it, PERIOD!!!
I don't fool with rumors, they're not worth my time.

Those games were developed by INSOMNIAC, not Sierra. When Insomniac ditched Spyro and started Ratchet & Clank they were pumping out games once a year and each one was just as good, if not better than its predecessor. Sierra on the other hand has really shown that they could use more than a year to publish a Spyro game.

I HIGHLY encourage Sierra to take more than a year on this upcoming Spyro game. In fact, I RECOMMEND it. I'm willing to wait 2, 3, 4 even 10 years as long as they can develop a formula for Spyro games that works well and is fun/enjoyable!
