The site went strange for a moment (2) [CLOSED]

This is a not so weird bug that happened yesterday

I was doing my daily visit (to be trye I visit every hour) and when I went to the forums site seemed like I was using a cellphone to navigate, onl the banner and the games buttons near it were working properly, the rest (side links, text) was all organized as a list. I went back to the home page and it went normal again, I returned to the forums and it was all normal again (if it helps I use Firefox)

I thought it wouldn't matter if I kept that to myself, but as there was a possibility of bing a server problem,or a layout problem, anyways, if it was some sort of problem at all, so I decided to tell

O.o never happened to me before, and I use firefox...wait, it DID happen once, but I was using my PSP, so I don't think that matters there.

Thats happened to me before,where theres no header and everything looks wierd.It happens every now an then,simply try refreshing the page.

I'm using IE and I haven't had any issues.
