Spyro toy identification?

I found this Spyro toy. It's the kind that races forward when you pull it back along a flat surface. Anyone know where it came from? The only hint I have is that it's from 2002.

I heard that Taco Bell once had Spyro toys with their kids meals. I don't know when that was, but 2002 sounds about right.

taco bell toys were in 2007 for release of eternal night and none were this one. this looks like a mcdonalds toy from their spyro and crash promotion.

It was from the Taco Bell line of Spyro toys YEARS ago.
