Has anyone tried contacting the people in charge? I think I read somewhere that the team in charge was let go, but for some reason the game is still available and running. Does that mean that a new team will come in (probably not) or do we just wait until the day arrives that the game just goes offline without any warning?

Maintenance mode, same as Lost Islands. They're just keeping the game as is to get the last drips of downloads and when it's convenient they'll kill it like the rest. All the artists for the game said the development was officially cancelled even with several cards unreleased.

It is going to die September 1st, they announced today that the game has been put on the deathbed with an ingame announcement of it's shutdown. All packs in the ingame store will be free from now until the end.
