What the heck is on cynder's head? [CLOSED]

I've noticed there was something on cynders head for a long time now, but what is it? A part of her skull? Protective scales? Decoration? I don't know, it just looks like she has metal plates attached to the top of her head and I want to know what they're supposed to be.

Maybe its just a little symbol on her scales...it looks like a scarab-beetle...

Did you relice that the male guardians didn't have that symbol (same with spyro) but only cynder that has it? Maybe it is only female dragons (young & old) that have the symbol.

It could be EternalSpyro like in AHT when spyros meets Ember her horns are back so is the nanny dragon as well, while the male dragons horns are straight!

Don't bite my head off but tattoos are just things stuck in you by needles and ink. He could have branded her with his mark or something - he probably has the magic to mark her anyway.

This is Razz, I just can't remember how to log in. smilie

I always assumed that the mark on Cynder's head was put there by the Dark Master (or, more likely, his minions). I actualy had a sad and twisted theory that it's a metal plate in her skull (because it looks rather shiny). I've also considered the idea that her tail and wing blades are not natural parts of her body, but that's in question because she has them in the official art and they're small, suggesting that they grow with her and, thus, that they are naturally a part of her.

According to what I've seen in comparison, the only difference between male dragons and female dragons are the horn shape and the tail length (although I wonder why the heck Cynder's tail is THAT long [reference to last scene of ANB]) ; male dragons have more pointy-like horns and longer tails.

...what thing on Cynder's head?

the metalic looking plates, if you check out the screenshot of her in artwork you'll see it.

when you get to the chronicler, and he talks about cynder's life, he shows you a pic of gaul like corrupting her, and if you look closely, you'll see a marking on her neck, so maybe thats not all what he did to her, maybe he put that symbol on her head to control her thoughts or something........

I was looking at Cynder earlier, and it looks more like a marking she's had since birth; looks like she has them all over her body actually. Yeah, it seems plausible that she got some sort of marking when she was corrupted, but I doubt it.

But, maybe we'll know in the third game for sure.
