1) Put the keys in the ignition
2) Turn and hold until the engine turns on

sometimes you gotta jiggle the steering wheel to make the keys turn. you should really add this detail otherwise the tutorial won't work for those situations

It's a bit simpler if you just want the car to move:

1) make sure the car is on a hill
2) push car
