Because giant monsters are freakin' awesome and we don't have a place to talk about them.

This topic can be used to discuss anything to do with Kaiju, including any movies - such as the MonsterVerse, Godzilla, Gamera, King Kong, Pacific Rim, Cloverfield and more. You can also use this topic to show off kaiju figures or share ideas for films/comics.

I think in Godzilla Vs Kong,there should be a scene where Kong smashed Godzilla's head into a bridge

Also I have an idea for a Kaiju film
How about we remake Cloverfield and make him fight a giant beast in the ground that has tentacles.

How about we remake Cloverfield and make him fight a giant beast in the ground that has tentacles.


If Cloverfield was remade and put in the MonsterVerse alongside Kong and Godzilla, I would be the happiest man alive.

Also, let's get Gamera in the MonsterVerse, huh? He could get his own movie after Godzilla VS Kong, where he fights swarms of Gyaos and a giant queen one. Then he could go on to even fight Godzilla!

On that note, who do you want to see in the MonsterVerse? I'd like to see:
*Gamera
*Destoroyah
*Gigan
*Clover (a man can dream the most unlikely of all dreams, can't he?)
*Anguirus
*Godzilla Jr.

If they make a Deadly Mantis film(Which I really hope they do) I believe that it should star Benedict Cumberbatch, 50 Cent, Eric Edelstine, Daisy Ridley, and Alan Tudyk

IDK why, but they seem like the perfect actors for it

Also, The Giant Claw seems interesting to bring back
