My friend may end up homeless soon, I am desperately trying to find places that she could live at.
I don't want her on the streets, and my parents won't take her in.

Continue calling places that could offer a home. As ToyNerd said, we can't do anything from here, most don't live in the same country let alone the same city.

Your first step should be some kind of shelter, then i'd contact a council to see if they have anything available.
