Most cartoons made ever have had bolder outlines on the characters. This isn't a modern thing... The only shows I can think of that have done away with outlines are Samurai Jack, The X's and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (which is incredibly recent too).

It started off as a pilot that people really liked, then shorts and a mobile game that people also really liked. Now it's FINALLY a full TV Show.

I guess at this point I agree with SkylanderPurists, I'm tired of the CALArts style..I just sort of want more stylized cartoons..

Idk. Ok Ko uses a lot of interesting shapes and colors to it. That and Mighty Magiswords have slightly more unique art styles than the likes of We Bare Bears or Uncle Grandpa... although, I'd rather that than the alternative "these people can't draw" look that some of the shorts have
