Well, it is Metacritic, the most broken review website on the internet. Just look at what happened with Breath of the Wild. People who haven't played the game (and most likely never will) giving it a 0 out of 10 because "those reviews were payed for" or "Zelda fanboys are stupid lol".

Those are user reviews bro, not critic.

Iron Fist has a 33 from critics. Wouldn't this make it the first truly bad MCU product?

Yeah.

This is even worse by the fact that this is the lead in show to The Defenders crossover, meaning it's very likely required viewing.

Marvel Studios makes a few mistakes here and there but this is probably the worst.

It's probably not just the white-washing but maybe that just led to a chain of disastrous choices.

Wake me up when the Ghost in the Shell movie comes out as a similar result.

literally what whitewashing
Danny Rand has always been white
people complain that they stick to the source material and this it's whitewashing but if it was an asian Iron Fist people would be complaining that it's a racial stereotype

its a ****ing trap, and with any asian themed character it's always a trap

Iron Man 2 still has a 72% on RT, even if response has significantly cooled since then. In the end it's still just a polarizing film, same as Thor 2.

Iron Fist meanwhile from the get go is slammed as boring and lousy.

I skipped Luke Cage, so when the Defenders arrives, i'll just wing it.

That show is so awful it hurt my fragile mind.

Ehhhhh... I liked it fine enough. Although, it might just be because I can't hate anything black-centered cause racial bias and all that jazz. Daredevil is way better, though... Especially Season 2 for obvious reasons

When I watched daredevil I got bored because of how dark the camera work was so I couldn't really pay much attention to the show. :/ season 2 was great with punisher but after that it got eh. Jessica jones my favorite of the Netflix shows because of how good purple man was. <3

i really only liked season 1 of daredevil and jessica jones
DD season two shouldve just been called "matt murdock ****s up everything" and i just couldnt get very invested in luke cage
