And no, this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with another thread I made in this section of the forums... I swear.

So I'm sure most of us are aware that the Toys-to-Life genre is kind of on it's last legs. First Disney Infinity, then LEGO Dimensions, now Skylanders is struggling to stay relevant, and soon the only thing left will be amiibo, but it's debatable if they should even be considered among them.

But, if someone were to say, revitalize the genre in the future, like, let's say, make a game that is to Skylanders what Yooka-Laylee is to Banjo-Kazooie, if that makes any sense, what would you like to see come from it, assuming you'd still be into the genre by the time it comes around? Like, more depth with the lore and characters, using the Toys to Life aspect as a mechanic and not just a genre, stuff like that.
