Let's have a debate

If Batman, with all of his gadgets, vehicles and powers that he's ever had in all of his movies and comics, took on Shin Godzilla, who would win?

The battle takes place in Gotham City. Batman detects Godzilla swimming towards the city and he has a few days of prep time before Godzilla gets to the city and Batman takes him on. Shin Godzilla starts off in his eel form and then evolves over time over the course of the battle.

I'm not sure who would win, because I haven't really followed Batman in the comics, but I know if he has prep time, he can do a lot of things.

I think Batman may actually win, because he may have freezing gas or sleeping gas that could stop Shin Godzilla before he causes too much damage.

Batman because he has a Bat-Deus Ex Machina for every situation in old comics.

No. He would die and I'm getting sick of much of a Mary Sue Batman has become. He's only Mary Sue everyone gives a free pass towards. It's not about Batman. He is wrong at times, too often the centre of attention thanks to Frank Miller and Zach Snyder and there's more to the DC universe outside the Bat.

Plus Shin Godzilla is a walking nuke! Like a biological Metal Gear.
