Video game music doesn't really count as a genre, so I would say... Orchestra I guess. Or anything that uses real instruments. Not that I don't like digitally-made works.

Rock (Led Zepplin, Elvis and Queen specifically)
Orchestral (Persecution of the Masses is still one of the best music pieces ever)
Metal (Father Kaos and Jekyll and Hyde are insane)
Electronic (Mainly the stuff in video games)
Swing (Glenn Miller and other stuff like it)
Electro Swing (The Musical Ghost)

The metal spectrum by far. Which subgenres you ask?
Technical Death Metal, Thrash Metal, Blackened Thrash Metal, Blackened Death Metal, Groove Metal, Grind, Sludge Metal, Melodic Death Metal... I can go on all day.
Shock Rock a close second. VGM is a runner-up (OP, video game music IS called video game MUSIC for a reason; it's a genre.)

Putting aside orchestras and soundtracks, my favourites would be jazz and synthetic/electronic/techno (not the same dubstep and bass-droping, which are terrible).
