This is a really cool find, even if the dinosaur in question was tiny and feeble. It was also an ancestor of tyrannosaurus, which further points to the fact that they actually might have been feathered and not scaly.

For those who wan't to see the Jurassic Park happening, I'm going to have to burst your bubble. Even if some miraculous discoveries were made that allowed us to clone dinosaurs, the air on Earth is no longer as oxygen rich as it was millions of years ago. Any larger dinosaurs couldn't sustain themselves off of it, and would either have to stay small or suffocate.
The oceans have much more oxygen in them than the air, which is why whales are still a thing.

I'm extremely happy with this find, paleontology is a "hobby" of mine and a discovery like this means a hell of a lot to people like me.
