Time: 2:43 A.M. August 15th, 1987
Crime: Forcefully removing a child's frontal lobe
Location of crime: Some random pizzeria with animatronics down the block.
How they were caught: Was seen by various witnesses. They reported him/her biting into the child's head, and then ripping out his frontal lobe. Evidence includes blood on mouth, actual recordings, and fingerprints.
Punishment: Life in prison

Location: Pet store
Caught: Caught on camera smashing a pug into the entryway door when it barked at him.
Punishment: 5 years in prison, and after release, 2 years of staying away from animals. All owned pets will be taken away and sold to the local pet store.
