Ill expand on my thoughts later but how do you expect Sky 7 to eork on Switch when it comes to portability? I assume something similar to the 3Ds games starting with SF where you could havecall Skylandera at one time.

Hey is there anything you want me to bring for the rest of the week and if so it’s so cool that you can do something and just do it like that

Maybe do like they did with the 3DS games and only need to scan in your Skylander once, then you can select it at any time?
That's the best I got... But if they did that I'd imagine they'd also need to do it for the other consoles, where it wouldn't make as much sense for that feature to exist.

Probably a wireless portal that connects to your Switch in a similar way to a Wii Remote.

Or they could go the tablet route and have a selection of Instant Skylanders while on the go.

Phoenix Crystal is the best unreleased Crystal.
Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement.
I don't know what to think of Skylanders' future.

OH, right, that's also an option.

I still think that it'll probably be a wireless portal that connects similarly to a Wii Remote.

Maybe like the recent 3DS games, but dunno. It seems like the option to go for me. But maybe with some Instant characters, like Tablets.

If Nintendo and Activision have any sort of relationship (and it seems likely they do, especially post DK/Bowser joining the Skylanders) It seems relatively possible for the "tablet" part of the Switch to be able to read NFC in general and not just amiibo.

It's difficult to say I think because we know next to nothing about the Switch really. Even though they can say it wont support USB ports, it seems like it probably would, especially the "home" dock. Now on the go does pose a challenge, maybe your characters are saved as some have said like the 3DS version does. That'd honestly be a huge welcome to the series especially if it was an exclusive feature for Switch.

I don't think it will be able to be portable.
