Does anyone know why they left him out? I understand why Nightshade and. Luminous weren't in the show so far, and we even heard of Gulper in one episode.

Too expensive and time consuming to add more characters in CGI for season 1.

CG is wicked expensive and time consuming so it was probably easier to make a model for Broccoli Guy instead of Krankcase. Who knows, the show just started! He could appear in the next season along with Gulper and Painyatta. The longer the show goes on, the higher likelihood that more characters from the games appear.

I expected as much, but why leaving one of the main villains out doesn't make sense. Even mention him also.

Whose to say they haven't forgotten him and are saving his character till the next season(s). There's still another full season ahead of us! Things certainly can happen in Season 2 and beyond.

Because a walking vegetable is much easier to animate than a mad scientist with wooden spider webs...

Also, again, we still have a season to go! Nothing is set in stone just yet!!

I do hope that we see Krankcase in Season 2... Maybe in an episode where Broccoli Guy gets fired since even his own team knows he's pretty lame in this show.

Maybe they are keeping some characters for future Seasons when the animation becomes better. Or when they have better ideas to use them. Who knows?

Aaaa, Krankcase was the one guy I was really getting excited for when I was watching it. I'll admit that it was one of the only things that disappointed me, as season 1 was great. I can understand how BG was easier to animate and the money stuff, so I'm not complaining too much about it. But I really do hope we see him in season 2. Gulper would be cool too, but I really wanted to see my Krankcase.

That tweet means they could only afford a few models without full funding. The money for S2 obviously lets them use old and new ones.
