How do I gather up the courage to tell my parents I don't want to go to an actual campus college but would much rather take online classes? It's not that I hate school and am trying to leave the educational system when I graduate in May, it's just I feel very uncomfortable with the thought of going to a very unknown place, with strangers, and basically having to live by myself.

It is a simple matter of saying outright, "I'm not going to a campus" and I'm just over-complicating things as usual? Probably. But idk. Can someone give me any advice?
