(First Toy-to-Life game?) ZXE-D for PSX japan only 1996

I watched Daniel Ibbertson "100 fact about... playstation" in the 16th Fact there he mention ZXE-D, a early Toy-to-Life it's a fighting game where you build, customize, load it through the memory slots and play. I never know this thing was back then possible, it's rare and cost a lot.
