A person has had a pet macaw since she was a young kid, when she grows up she becomes a scientist, a few years later she wondered why it couldn't fly, she hadn't clipped them in years. So she finds out it has a certain condition where it can't fly. She spends ten years trying to find a way to get it to fly... she almost gives up until she finally does. Is it a good idea?
