My Series 2 Chop Chop has been making a rattling sound when I shaked it for a while, and just today I noticed my Ninja Stealth Elf is making the same noise, too.

The sound I'm hearing sounds almost like a tiny metal ball is shaking somewhere inside the figures, and I'm a bit worried this might bad a sign something bad will happen to them. Is this anything to be worried about?

No, it's nothing to be worried about.
I have quite a few figures that rattle when shook, and they have worked fine for months, and still work to this day.

it means the rfid is moving around loosely in the base... it's fine

Happens with my Series 1 Stealth Elf. Nothing to worry about. The chip works fine.

Happen with my Knight Mare too. It's fine.

lol around 50% of my figures do that

50% of my whole collection rattles, its very normal. I've been collecting 110+ Skylanders since 2011 and i never got a defect.

I thought I was the only one with a real life rattle shake

My Dino Rang rattles all the time. I thought the chip was out of place or something.

Alot of my skylanders rattle when shaken,and they work fine.Nothing to worry about.

Any of mine that I've owned for longer than a week does it too. I think that's just because I use each one a lot, but almost all 200 of mine have it. The chip only has to slightly be knocked out of place, and it'll rattle like mad.
