What is Planet Coaster?

Planet Coaster is a spiritual successor to the Rollercoaster Tycoon series of simulation games where you build your own theme park complete with rides, gift shops, pathways, and of course, Roller Coasters.
The game is currently in closed Alpha and is set to be released on November 17th.
