This is my first story i have been working on it for awhile and i'll post new parts of the story everyday, and fix things the day after.

Furyflame: Who's there? answer me!
But everywhere Furyflame looked it was nothing but darkness, the only light seemed to be him, as he shined just enough that he could see his own fore paw, and as he became more tired, more light seemed to appear until everything was clear, and what he saw shocked him to no end, the legendary Dragons Temple, but the gates seemed to be closed, so what other way is better than to find whats missing.
Furyflame: whats missing from here? looks like a gem or something.
As Furyflame searched another appeared at the temple, a brother, and he seemed to understand what needed to be done.
Nightstorm: Well as least we're not alone.
Cloudclaw: So everyone's here?
Purpletail: I think so.
Furyflame heard the familiar voices and looked at them from a tall tower, but the glide was too far down for his small wings, but being brave, he tried his best to glide, and the worse happened, a gust of wind sent him towards his brother and sisters, then when all seemed lost, Furyflame's wings grew to the size they would be if he was 5 years older, flapping his stronger wings he instantly broke out of his free fall and landed safely on the ground.
Furyflame: what the? how is that possible?
A Dragon spoke from the top of a destroyed tower, but yet she seemed to glow rather than be like the others, and she was somewhat of an elder.
Dragon: don't be afraid, here even the impossible becomes true, since you are dreaming.
Nightstorm: Why have you brought us here?
Dragon: You do know who you are right? Children of the great Firestorm, yet he wasn't directly involved in the legends, he came in at the end, you four however, are destined to be the new legend, but you all must work together to save the world.
Cloudclaw: save the world?
Dragon: Malefor may have been locked away in another world but he has a servant, if the four leader's power is drained and put into the crystals needed to free him he will be freed into his fortress, where as the night of Eternal Darkness comes right after, and he will be free then this time for good, and he will summon up more power than ever and destroy the world.
Nightstorm: But we can't stop a full grown dragon!
Dragon: Alone you cannot, together, you can defeat even the strongest of dragons, including Malefor.
As the four looked at each other the dragon continued.
Dragon: But there is darkness surrounding the four of you, but it does not appear to bother anything.
As the dragon finished, she disappeared, and the four dragons were left alone again.

*waits for the second chapter*

Hmm i guess i'll have to show you what the dragons look like too...

Then, the dream ended.
Furyflame: So, the story is true?
Firestorm: Well, as for the dream, that may be true but as for Malefor's return, that is not happening.
Nightstorm: Father you must understand, the dangers are closing in don't pretend they don't exist.
Firestorm turned around and towered over Nightstorm.
Firestorm: Just because a dragon met you in your dreams doesn't mean anything.
Purpletail: Now is not the time to be stubborn, we saw the dragon temple.
Silvertail: The Dragon Temple? how is this possible, only the chosen see that place in their dreams, wait, you said the dragon told you that you're part of a legend?
Cloudclaw: That's right.
The four dragons took turns telling Silvertail and Firestorm what they saw and what the dragon told them.
Firestorm: I'm not about to stand in the way of the legend, but you four cannot go alone.
Furyflame: We aren't alone, we have each other.
Firestorm sat with his tail waving back and fourth.
Firestorm: Very well, do as you see fit.
The four were just about to leave when the other 3 leaders came in and pushed the four aside.

(After a few minutes.)

Lightclaw: You cannot be serious, you know Nightcloud was used years ago and her dark side was awakened, i do not sense that within her now but instead, I'm sensing it coming from Nightstorm.
The four elder leaders looked at Nightstorm and the other 3, the Earth Dragon spoke.
Mountaintail: Then if they approach Darkflame he may corrupt Nightstorm, he is after all the strongest of the four.
Nightstorm: So what if i have my mother's darkness?
Furyflame: We're going no matter what! Come on, we're leaving.
As the four went to leave, Firestorm jumped into their way.
Firestorm: I'm sorry Furyflame, but this must be done.

(5 days later)
Nightstorm was beginning to show an unseen side of himself, kept in his cave away from his brother and sisters for far too long he was using the Shadow element, something his mother had when she was evil he was angered, so he used his Shadow powers to sink into the ground, the puzzled dragon set on guard in front of the cave couldn't see Nightstorm, so he snuck out as a shadow got past the guard dragon, continuing to stay in that form Nightstorm made his way to his family, when he got there he came out of the ground and almost fell over, he wasn't trained to use Shadow, so it took a lot of energy from him and he fell to the ground.
When Nightstorm woke up he saw that his brother was helping him up.
Furyflame: How did you get out of your cave?
Nightstorm: I-I don't know, I got really mad then......I became a shadow....
Furyflame and Cloudclaw looked at each other, somewhat shocked, could Nightstorm using his shadow powers mean the elders were right? Purpletail though was having a dream, she met a young dragon, about her age, she said she was the student of a very old and wise dragon the young dragon said that they must leave as soon as they can before time is against them more. Purpletail then woke up as a dragon walked into the cave the four were in, it was their mother, Nightcloud.
Nightcloud: Listen, the leaders will keep you here until they see that Nightstorm doesn't have any darkness in him, I saw what Nightstorm did, and Firestorm saw it too, I know that all those years of Malefor using me caused me to have a dark side that awakened from a fight not too long ago, and now that darkness is in you Nightstorm, don't let it control you, instead you control it, using Shadow powers showed me you can overcome the darkness, but now is not the time for a story, it is time for escape Firestorm wakes up soon, so we have to get going now. I have packed a bunch of food and a map *she lifted a box from behind a rock and put it in front of Furyflame* you'll need this for the journey to the Dragon Temple, *she opened the box and took out the map* follow the dragonpath until you reach were the it is 2 paths, go right until you reach the Dragon Fortress Ruins, from the dream i had the little dragon should be waiting for you here. *she closed the map and put it in the box then she closed the box* Furyflame grabbed the box and noticed it had a strap on its side, so he put the strap on his back near his tail.
Nightstorm: So, you're coming with us mom?
Nightcloud: I can't, I must try to keep the leaders here so you can get to the fortress.
Nightcloud walked forward and lightly put her head on Nightstorm's.
Nightstorm: We won't let you down mom.
Nightcloud lead the four out of the cavern, and as the four started to leave she said, "May the ancestors look after you"
Purpletail had never been parted from her mother before, she walked more slowly while she was crying Cloudclaw moved beside Purpletail and then the crying stopped once more allowing the dragons to proceed without being discovered.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Chapter 4~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Meanwhile, back in the dragon cavern....
Firestorm: Nightcloud, are you trying to lead them to their doom?
Nightcloud: If I hadn't let them leave we were all doomed!
Firestorm was growing angry, and now he would do anything to stop the three from traveling with Nightstorm. Nightcloud went to leave but the dragon on guard shoved her back into the cave where Firestorm clawed her side, leaving three big scratches running down her side, she scrambled up and run out of the cave, she flew out of the cavern and saw that she was now being chased by Firestorm, she knew it was dangerous, but she flew away in the direction of Malefor's fortress.

At the dragonpath...
Nightstorm: We're almost there I can see the ruins!
Furyflame: Nightstorm calm down. *he looked around at the battle scarred land*
Cloudclaw: I wonder if mother is ok...
Purpletail: I wonder where those dragonflies are
The other three stopped and looked at Purpletail
Purpletail: What?
Furyflame: oh nothing...
The four continued walking until they stood in front of what was once the great Dragon Fortress, now its just the ruins of it, and sitting on a rock was the young dragon they had seen in their dreams.
Young Dragon: Ah, you came sooner than I expected, let us be off, to the Dragon's Temple! But first, I have to take you to see my teacher.
Purpletail: What is your name?
Young Dragon: My name, is Jadewing.

At the mountain fortress of Malefor...
Ape King: So you have returned Nightcloud...
Little apes half dragged half pushed Nightcloud in front of the Ape King.
Nightcloud: I'll never join you again! *she tried to fly but it was impossible*
Ape King: Hahahahahaha, Master sees you are ready again, so you WILL join the dark side!
Nightcloud was pushed into the purple energy behind her, and she began to change, after wards she flew out of the energy, she had a dark aura around her and she now has the Convexity element
again. (right now she looks just like Dark Spyro)

On the way to find Jadewing's teacher...
Purpletail had a dream that showed her what happened to her mother, when she woke she told her brothers and sister.
Nightstorm: So that's it then, with mom on Malefor's side again, he'll be free, and theres nothing we can do to stop him.
Jadewing: Nightstorm, all is not lost yet, you have your mother's old powers, if you can unleash them, we will have no trouble at all.
Furyflame: Try using your Shadow element Nightstorm.
Nightstorm started to unleash his shadow power, he was sinking into the ground beside Cloudclaw, then he came out of the ground beside Furyflame, but Nightstorm's power had again drained away, so he fell down.
Jadewing: Impressive, but you'll need to unlock the other powers of your elements, all of you.

At the mountain fortress.....
Ape King: So those four little dragons of yours Nightcloud, are trying to stop Malefor? hahahahahahahaha!
Nightcloud stood there and merely nodded.
Ape King: Go and bring them here, knock them out if you have to, Malefor says he can turn them evil and he has plans for them.
Nightcloud stepped into the shadows, then, using her Shadow powers, she sunk into the ground and came out of it at the gates, where she spread her large wings and took flight, on a mission to capture the four little dragons, another dragon walked up in front of the Ape King.
Ape King: Darkflame, you will help Cynder get the power from the leaders.
Darkflame: Very well Gaul.

Meanwhile, the dragons arrive at Jadewing's teacher's cave.
Jadewing: Teacher! I brought the legend dragons!
As she finished, a old dragon walked towards them.
Dragon: Ahh, I'm glad you came, I have waited for this moment for a long time.
Nightstorm: Who are you?
Dragon: I knew you'd ask sometime, I am The Chronicler.
Furyflame: The Chronicler?
Yes, and your fate is in now about to tie together with another dragon.
Cloudclaw: What dragon?
Purpletail is the rare purple dragon, there is another of her kind.
Purpletail: Another like me? Who?
He is right now being trained at the Dragon Temple, something like what you saw in your dreams, but you're going to find four elder dragons, also, you have to help this other purple dragon succeed to stop a foe from returning, the night of Eternal Darkness draws near, and Darkflame is captureing the Guardians, also known as the dragon leaders in your village.
Purpletail: But what about our family?!
After you succeed in your mission, you can tell them to come here, now its begins, your legend is about to be fulfilled.
The Chronicler used his powers and the four little dragons found themselves at the temple.
What?
Were did they come from?
(Note from Crystal Dragon: This part is were the dragons fate becomes tied together, this is also where Spyro and Ignitus first meet in TLOS: ANB )

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Chapter 6~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Furyflame: We were sent here by the Chronicler.
Furyflame quickly stood up and looked up Ignitus in awe, Purpletail looked at Spyro.
Hi, my name's Spyro.
Welcome, young dragons.
After awhile, the dragons made their way into the temple fighting off the apes and Cloudclaw shows her element, Wind. However, Ignitus can't teach Cloudclaw how to use her new found power. But he teaches Spyro, Furyflame, Purpletail, and Nightstorm how to use the Fire element, he teaches all 5 dragons how to fight. Now the 5 dragons leave to find Volteer.
Cloudclaw: Its very cold here.
Furyflame: uhh Spyro...
How do i land?! Coming in too fast!!
This doesn't look good.
Incoming!!!!
Thats gonna hurt.
Spyro crash lands.
Furyflame and the other land but Purpletail slides on the snow.
Purpletail: Whoa!!!! *she smacks into Cloudclaw, and Cloudclaw slides very fast across the snow towards Nightstorm, at the second Cloudclaw was about to smack into Nightstorm, he turned into a shadow and sunk into the ground, but Cloudclaw slid down a slope into a small cave, when the others followed, they had to fight off Dreadwings and apes, then Spyro found the cave, Cloudclaw was sitting on the ice with her claws keeping her in place*
Purpletail: Look its Volteer!
Its too quiet, too easy.
what part was easy?
Ice King starts to move around, then he jumps on the ice and hits Cloudclaw with his ice sword.
Furyflame: Don't hurt Cloudclaw!!
He stepped forward and breathed fire on the Ice King, Purpletail did the same thing, so did Spyro.
Furyflame: I can't keep, it going....*stops breatheing fire*
Spyro and Purpletail kept using fire, and Nightstorm used shadow and sunk into the ground, the Ice King used his sword and knocked Spyro and Purpletail away.
Its too strong...
Purpletail: No! I refuse to give up!
Nightstorm came out of the ground and used Comet Dash on the Ice King, causing lots of damage, but the Ice King slammed Nightstorm into the ground with his hand.
Volteer had woken up at this time, and he used his lightning breath on the Ice King, keeping him in one place.
Now! Use all your powers together!
Furyflame began to glow purple, he opened his mouth and a large purple beam hit the Ice King, the Ice King fell down.
Cloudclaw: *stands up* That was awesome!! can you show me how you did that Furyflame?
Furyflame: It seems both me and Nightstorm have more powers than we thought.
Purpletail: Nightstorm, that was a fire attack but what was it?
Nightstorm:*stands and shakes head* I'm not sure..
Spyro and Furyflame looked at each other, something was happening to Nightstorm, he was getting stronger, he was growing fast too, but Furyflame was also becoming stronger. The 5 dragons returned with Volteer.

Great story Crystle dragon! Please continue it!

Cynder was doing what to you Volteer?
Its hard to be sure Ignitus, but it seems she was using me as some sort of power source, not only that, she also left with a glowing yellow orb, and I believe I somehow powered it, does this mean anything Ignitus?
Perhaps, perhaps.....what I do know is that we have to rescue the other Guardians.
well of course Ignitus, but first I'd like to lend some usefull knowledge to Spyro, he recently obtained the lightning element.
Volteer showed Spyro how to use all his lightning powers.
Ignitus looked at the 5 young dragons.
I need you to find Cyril, the ice guardian.
Yes sir.
Spyro led the other 4 dragons to where Cyril was, when they almost got there, they saw Cynder fly away, along with another dragon.
And I think we're done here.
Not until we rescue Cyril.
Nightstorm: We're not leaving yet Sparx.
The 5 dragons saw Cyril and looked up at the big thing that now stood infront of them, it launched its hand at Furyflame and it hit him with all its force, knocking him out and throwing him against the wall, it then kicked Cloudclaw into the air, and it then hit Nightstorm with its hand,
tossing him but not knocking him out, only the 2 purple dragons remained.
Purpletail! Listen to me! Distract it while I come up with a attack!
Purpletail nodded and flew up in the air but Spyro's attacks weren't strong enough to effect the giant stone sentenal that stood in their way, Nightstorm flew up in front of the stone sentenal but his appearence was different, his eyes were glowing white and he had a dark aura around him,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Enter Convexity Mode!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Chapter 8~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

He opened his mouth and breathed a dark beam of energy onto the stone sentenal, he did this again when it didn't seem to do anything the first time, he then seemed to fly up into the air, he was unleashing his true power! Dark energy began to surround him and come out of the ground,
he flapped his wings sending a wave of energy at the stone sentenal, he flapped his wings again sending another wave of slightly stronger power at the sentenal, he finished with flapping his wings as strong as could, the last wave had just about defeated the sentenal when Nightstorm
returned to normal and the sentenal kicked him away, this time knocking him out, Spyro ran up and unleashed his Fire fury, after the battle only Purpletail and Furyflame could fly, Cyril carried Cloudclaw and Nightstorm.
Spyro, you will have to go and rescue Terrador on your own I'm afraid.
What?!
Furyflame walked into the room but he was limping on his right fore paw, he also had scar that ran down the right side of his face, all from the recent fight.
Furyflame: Cloudclaw and Nightstorm are injured badly, Cloudclaw can't fly and Nightstorm can barely walk, Purpletail merely has a few scratches.
well perhaps the 2 purple dragons can go,
Furyflame looked at Volteer just shocked, but before he could speak Purpletail stepped forward.
Purpletail: I'm ready.
You'll need to learn how to fully use your Ice powers, follow me.
Cyril taught Spyro and Purpletail the Ice element.
They reached Terrador but he was caged up, and as they approached the crystal to destroy it to free Terrador, but then out of the lava was Cynder.
Purpletail:

Cynder grabs the crystal, freeing Terrador, which he then breaks open the cage he was in, he flies after Cynder, but she tail whips him in the face sending him towards the ground, he stood up shortly after.
Fly! Fly like you've never flew before! I'll go back to the temple for help!
Cynder looks at the purple dragons and the dragons take off flying with Cynder chasing them.
After flying through lots of tunnels they came out of the volcano still being chased, then Ignitus tackled Cynder and they fought until they disappeared.
*Tries to fly after Ignitus but Terrador blocks his path* We have to find him!
Purpletail: Spyro, we'll never find them in this mess.
*sighs* your right, lets go
The dragons returned to the temple, while Spyro trained with the elders, Purpletail checked on her family.
Nightstorm raised his head up
Nightstorm: Ah, i see you're back from your journey.
Cloudclaw and Furyflame were standing, their injuries were gone, but Furyflame still had that scar.
Nightstorm was healed too, and now they were sent with Spyro to confront Cynder.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Chapter 9~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After fighting wave after wave of Cynder's minions, they found Ignitus.
Ignitus!
Spyro, destroy the crystal quickly!
*walks in front of Spyro* If only it was that easy little one.
While Spyro and Cynder fought, the other four dragons kept the apes away, that was of course their main goal but then someone they didn't expect to see appeared, Nightcloud.
Nightcloud: You thought you could stop Malefor? Think again! *she flew in and knocked aside Nightstorm and Cloudclaw*
Nightstorm let loose a beam of pure white power, it hit Nightcloud directly, she fell down, but then stood up.
Nightcloud, Gaul told me you would help and you did, now we have to free master!
Both dragons flew away and opened the portal to convexity.
Ignitus?
I'm fine, but i'm afraid we might be too late.
No, i'm ready!
Ok, Spyro you're right, and there may be hope for us yet, go, all of you.
Spyro and the dragons flew towards the portal, when they went through they landed on a platform.
*big creature floats by* Now i have seen everything
If we don't hurry i have a feeling we're gonna see alot more.
While Spyro made his way up to Cynder to fight her and stop Malefor, the other dragons flew towards Nightcloud, who was on a nearby platform.
Nightcloud: You are persistent *she let loose dark fire which hit Furyflame*
Furyflame: Gah!
Cloudclaw dashed forward but was hit harshly by Darkflame, she landed with a thud and blood was pouring out of her neck.
Nightstorm: Cloudclaw!! *runs over to her*
Nightcloud seemed to come to, and when she saw Cloudclaw on the ground she turned on Darkflame and bit down hard on his neck.
Furyflame: Cloudclaw, are you still with us?
Purpletail: Cloudclaw?
Cloudclaw couldn't speak, blood came out of her mouth and throat and her breathing was short and shallow.
Darkflame: Its too bad you'll be joining her.
Darkflame lifted up the blade on his tail and lashed at Purpletail, Furyflame jumped in the way and got hit in the leg and fell.
Nightcloud: NOOOOO *claws Darkflame's neck*
Darkflame: *lashes tail and hits Nightcloud in the leg*
Nightcloud fell down and Cloudclaw was coughing.
Furyflame! Get your family out of here! *was carrying Cynder who was now a little dragon*
Darkflame: Too bad I have to go. *flies away*
Nightcloud picks up Cloudclaw and Furyflame, Nightstorm and Purpletail jump on her back and hang on.
They came through the portal and crash landed, when they woke up the guardians and Nightcloud were watching Cloudclaw, as Spyro, Cynder, Furyflame and Purpletail walked forward,
Cloudclaw opened her eyes.
Cloudclaw: Don't let Malefor win this battle, you have to stop him....
her breathing was harsher than before
Nightstorm: He won't win this!
Cloudclaw: Goodbye....
She closed her eyes, took one last breath, she moved abit, then was silent and not moving.
Purpletail: May the ancestors look after you....
Purpletail bowed her head and walked to her room, and when everyone else was asleep that night Nightstorm and Furyflame looked at the sky, then fell asleep. The next morning Ignitus introduced a dragon that was Purpletail's age, the day passed quick, and the Night Of Eternal Darkness drew near.

Ok, you decide what the new dragon looks like, use the dragon generator for the dragon's looks,
and you can also decide what the name will be, I will pick which to use in the sequel.
