I want to create a website.
And no, I don't want to have to pay anything in order to create it or sustain it.
I want to create a website for free, without the use of illegal tools.
Can I get some help?

Depends on what you want to do with it.

If you want to create your own forum for something, I use https://www.proboards.com/ for stuff like that. Just be careful since when you make your forum because the default host is freeforums.net, which just looks cheap AF on the url. (Click on where it says ".freeforums.net" and select ".proboards.com") You can always have your own custom URL, but that would cost you.

If you want to make a blog, https://www.tumblr.com/ is probably the best one. It's pretty customize-able.

If you want to make a website website. You might have to shop around for that.

When selecting a host, be careful of hosts who flood visitors with malicious advertising. Visit other sites hosted by the host and switch off ad-block. The sorts of ads that appear on those websites will be the ones that show up on yours.
