Headache!

So today I started playing Gateway to Glimmer, and after an hour or so I got this really weird headache. I looked over the instruction manual (because I had to turn the Playstation off since my head was pretty painful) and I saw that it says "rest fifteen minutes after every hour of play". Is this unique to this game or is it just some out of date advice?

That could indicate dehydration or fatigue but if this has occurred more than once and you haven't consulted a doctor I recommend that you do.
