Anyone else think that the batman and flash thing in the trailer directly parallels the spider man and iron man scene in civil war? It seems a bit to coincidental...

I'm still bitter about Superman.

I still argue that he shouldn't have gone to begin with. The Death of Superman is an angle you tackle after like 10 movies when you've established the character and given people a reason to care outside of simply knowing who he is through other media (in BvS he was such a downer, and felt OoC so many times). Civil War could've easily had Captain America die like he does in the comic and even Marvel, in Phase Three no less, still decided against it. But just two films into their CU, DC decides to kill off their top guy and think it'll all be better when they imply he's not completely dead in the end.
That also marked the second time in the same movie they may have faked out his death (anybody remember the nuke?).

So not only may you potentially have a Justice League movie without the most famous superhero of all time, but they also used their trump card. Now that Superman has died and will come back, what could they potentially do to raise the stakes later on? Have him die again? "Oh but it's for real this time".

The movie isn't quite as trash as some like to make it sound (though it is bad; haven't seen director's cut yet), but it really is two and a half hours of ****ting on Superman.
