"Now — before you come in saying “but, diet!” or “but, exercise!” I will say I work out regularly and I eat a balanced diet, to the extent that it isn’t a main focus of my life. Could I exercise more, and could I eat less or differently? Sure. But I don’t want to."
Have you gained so much weight that you can't fit into the majority of your clothes? Well no problem, just throw them out and get new clothes.
I do not believe for a second if this woman gained that much weight that she works out regularly and eats a balanced diet. It just doesn't work like that, unless she has some sort of condition your body will not become overweight if you're exercising and eating right.
I'm all for people loving their body at any size, you deserve the right to feel comfortable in your own skin and nobody should be able to tell you differently. But I am gonna judge you if you don't want to have a healthy body, and this goes for thin people with fast metabolisms who eat nothing but gross processed foods and do nothing physical.
