This is also why I don't think Skyrim needs an HD remake. It's already an amazing looking game!

That's been edited or modded. The colours are much more mute in the base game.

I want the next elder scroll game to be in Vallenwood.

But yeah, image looks moded or edited. Actual game is more bleak and dreary.

Sorry, I momentarily forgot Skyrim was made by colorblind people smilie;

Alternate title: When you show people an almost black and white image of a game and people say it must be modded because the actual game is "way more mute"

I don't get what people are saying. Isn't that exactly what Dragonsreach looks like during a clear night/evening?

As for the next TES game, whatever province of Tamriel it's set in (it sure as hell won't include the whole continent), I can only expect it to be even more simplistic and casual. Even Skyrim felt like it was made for dumb people.

Hmm, I dunno. I have Skyrim on Xbox360 myself, and I could swear that the colors are more saturated than that.

It's been a while since I played it though. Maybe I'll take a look someday soon.

That is a PS3/PC comparison.

Anyhow, I didn't claim that I'm 100% sure that OP's pic isn't a screencap taken from a modded version (or just a normal screencap with extra color saturation). I'm just saying that I don't remember that game looking too bland.

Yeah I know, I'm saying that I can't find an Xbox/ps3/pc comparison because the Xbox/ps3 versions look the same.
