Pretty easily.
imo he's just an EXTREMELY OP rich edgelord who's far too popular. I have virtually no love for him.

That being said, I do think some incarnations if Batman are pretty damn good. The Animated Series and the Rocksteady Arkham Batmans (Batmen?) are awesome because, in addition to being absolute badasses, they take the character back to his "World's Greatest Detective" roots, something recent movies and comics have largely forgotten. These incarnations are also flawed characters, something the plethora of current comics seem to forget, especially since they decided Batman needed to be a LITERAL GOD in Darkseid War (which was a **** storyline to begin with).

Batman was also one of the few good things about BvS, and Affleck played him better than Bale could have ever even dreamed of.

But Batman is largely overpopular, overused, and overpowered in my opinion, but I really don't feel like debating this.

'66 Batman is a classic though because of how ****ing campy and hilarious it is, and Lego Movie Batman is also great because he's the best possible parody of him.


TL ; DR: Animated Series, Arkham Games, BvS, '66, and The Lego Movie's portrayals of Batman are great, everything else belongs in the garbage, alongside long time Chief of Waste Management, Zack Snyder

Well it's a legitimate issue for me, and it's why I don't like most DC stuff anymore. Pretty much everyone is some unstoppable powerhouse, and it's the same reason I don't like Superman too much. A lot of DC characters have this flaw. (And I still wish we'd get some ACTUAL limits on the Speed Force and how it works >.>; )

I usually get so much hate for disliking Batman, so that was a nice change of pace :')
And I respect your opinion as well. I may not like him, but he has just about the coolest and most iconic rogues gallery in the history of comics, so it's really hard to not like at least SOME of his lore and storylines
