Okay, thought I would make up a question, not sure of the best answer yet so maybe someone can beat me.

Lets say you are in a fight with 3 chompies, 150 damage each. Thus, they have no gear on.

What is the most damage (of the 450 possible) you could do in one turn just starting out? Best I can come up with is 220. Anyone beat that?

When you say just starting out, you mean with only one energy on the very first turn? Or it can be the second turn with a chance to have 3 crystal?

Yep, starting out fresh, you are the first person to make a move so you have the default one energy...also no bonuses for having a tech in a certain zone, that kind of thing.

I came up with 240 if you guys are curious how I crunched that number.

You beat me. I will do my math then.

Start with Hot Head, use his mad energy to give you 2 energy.

Swap in Roller Brawl and then do her Close Shave which will do 50 damage to 3 of them...there is 150.

She attacks, she does 70 damage. 150 + 70 = 220

What did you come up with to get 240?

I was wondering if Nitro Tank could have been used to get Whirlwind in, but then it would be 4 characters used. Only so many energy increase items before 3 magic that give a net energy increase.

Use Anvilite and Tiny Twister, you reach 240 damage.

My solution before I read the others:

Start with Hot Head, use Mad Energy, you have 2 energy.

Switch to Whirlwind. Use Rippling Pulse, deal 40 damage to each enemy.

Attack enemy. 120 + 80 = 200. Use Anvilite and Tiny Twister, 10 damage each. 200 + 20 = 220.

Same set up with Hothead and Roller Brawl but I also included any air element character so I can cast the 0 cost cards Air twister for 10 as well as Anvilite for another 10 dmg.

So with previous set up of 220 + (10 + 10) from Air Twister/Anvilite without surpassing 2 mana, that should cut it.

Oh yeah, Anvilite and Tiny Twister, I rarely put those in my deck, forgot!
