All Vehicle parts not collectible?

Recently i've been focused on finishing off my Superchargers, maxing them out including the cars.
I saw a thread back in 2015 here where someone had a similar situation but never got an answer, but it seems i'm missing three parts though the three parts i'm missing are not the same as his.
Now i'm just getting gears in the tool boxes and curious how do I pick up the remaining three?

Do you have the Vehicle's matching SuperCharger? Because if not, you're missing its SuperCharged Mods, which are not available in chests.

Phoenix Crystal is the best unreleased Crystal.
Skylanders Academy Season 2 was an improvement.
I don't know what to think of Skylanders' future.

Well I'll be... Thanks a bunch I did have all the Superchargers and Matching Vehicles but i guess these two I never paired on the portal at the same time. After I did those final three parts unlocked. I still think it's odd how that kind of works because it would seem that some superchargers would then unlock just a horn and the others would actually unlock the front and back.
