I hate mustard and ketchup and tbh I'm not a big fan of straight-up bread either (with exceptions for rolls), especially if it's soggy with some condiment, so they're both pretty disgusting. But I hate ketchup way more than I hate mustard (seriously, I hate ketchup so much; I can't even stand the smell of it) so I'll go with the bun with ketchup being worse.
