Does anybody compare The Legend Of Spyro games with the first three Spyro games?

not really but sometimes we can.

Because each are completely different. It is unfair to compare to things that have nothing in common besides both being dragons and purple...<< They are better left alone, each in there own glow of glory.

It's nearly impossible. They are completely different games and in my opinion, they should be treated that way.

I remember a couple of days ago I was bored so I read review for ANB, and I was annoyed that a lot of people who had rated the game badly had said something about it not being like the original Insomniac trilogy and blah blah blah. I guess that when ANB came out they hadn't gotten used to the fact that it wasn't meant to be that way.

Not really. For one, I've only played the original one ONCE. And C_R is right, it's like trying to compare a PS3 to a Wii. They're so different, each with their own good qualities, that it's pointless to compare.

yer i rated the first games down caz malefor dident exsist on them once and cynder wernt on them but a pink dragon called ember soo i reted it down more and where bianca she was not there so i thew away my copies of the origonal NOT of corse not why should i compear a PS1 game with a PS2/3 game
